What is a digital print?
DIGITAL PRODUCT — NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED.
Our digital prints are high-resolution artwork files that you purchase and download to print yourself. No physical artwork will be shipped to you.
What will I receive with my purchase?
You will receive high-resolution digital files suitable for printing. Your download includes the artwork files in the formats and sizes specified on the product page.
How do I receive my digital files?
Straight after payment, you'll receive an email with a link to download your files. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I print my artwork more than once?
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may print the artwork for yourself and display it in your own home, but you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or use the artwork commercially.
My download isn't working. What should I do?
Please contact us if you're experiencing an issue accessing or downloading your files. We're happy to help troubleshoot the issue and make sure you receive your purchase.
Printing Tips
Where can I print my artwork?
I personally go to Warehouse Stationary. But any local printshop would be fine.
What paper, GSM and finish do you recommend?
I recommend Premium Card Gloss Finish - which is 260 GSM and Gloss finish. I find these print options allow the deep rich colors on the prints to pop more than a matte finish, engari kei a koe.
Can I print a different size to what I have purchased?
No, the files are designed and sized to the particular print size you have purchased.
Where can I find frames for my prints?
We recommend checking local homeware and department stores such as Kmart, The Warehouse, Farmers and Spotlight for affordable framing options.
heoi I am in the process of sourcing our own frames so keep an eye out for that.
What does printing cost?
As a guide, Warehouse Stationery currently lists 250gsm Premium Card colour printing at approximately $1.95 for A4 and $3.00 for A3 per side. Prices may vary between providers and can change over time.
